ARCA is a housing system designed to meet LA's urgent need for more housing-without repeating the mistakes of the past. lt offers a flexible framework for delivering small-scale, multi-family homes that are fast to permit, efficient to build, and beautiful to live in.

Rooted in policy shifts like S89 and S81123, ARCA transforms low-density parcels into viable, human-centered housing. lt's designed with community in mind-at the property level, through shared spaces and collective patios surrounded by greenery, and at the neighborhood scale, through incremental growth and thoughtful design. Sustainable, carbon-sequestering materials like CLT timber panels reduce ARCA's carbon footprint, while its structural curves lend each unit a unique character while blending into the existing fabric.
